Supported Employment
This service offers individuals an opportunity to work on a job in
the community assisted by a trained job coach.  The job coach
will help the individual learn to perform the job duties,
problem-solve and provided transportation to and from work site.
Presently 34 % of the individuals at GCS,Inc.
are gainfully employed in one or more jobs in
their community and are enjoying the benefits of
wages and developing new relationships with
co-workers.
