Family Model Residential Care

Family Model Residential Care is very similar to foster care.   This program offers individuals an opportunity to live with a qualified family in the community sharing a natural home environment.

Every caregiver has been carefully screened and has completed many hours of orientation training before providing services to participants. Our Program Coordinator completes a comprehensive home study to assure the home is clean, comfortable and safe environment.  A home visit is conducted each month to monitor for quality services.

GCS provides 24 hour emergency responses to every caregiver. This is a wonderful residential option for individuals who have been living at home with their family and need more care, or when family is no longer able to care for them due to illness or work scheduling conflicts.
